: (1) If the worker has a personal claim regarding any matter related to the rights obtained according to this act, regulation, prevailing law or collective agreement, such worker can submit a written application to the employer.
(2) If an application as per sub-section (1) is received, the employer shall accept the application and give a copy thereof to the employee.
(3) If an application is received according to sub-section (1), the employer shall discuss with the concerned worker within fifteen days and resolve the dispute related to such claim.
(4) Regardless of what is written in sub-section (3), the period for resolving the dispute can be extended based on the agreement between the employer and the worker.
